Why I started Amplify Flow

I’m Lauren Blake, founder of Amplify Flow.

In conversations with local business owners in Penticton and the Okanagan, staffing was a challenge I heard about often.

The reality is that most owners are busy running their business. They’re managing staff, serving customers, handling operations, and trying to grow at the same time. Finding time to step back and work out what could run better is difficult.

There are so many opportunities now, from making better use of what’s already in place to introducing tools that fit the way a business works. The challenge is knowing where an investment will make a meaningful difference.

That’s why I started Amplify Flow: to help business owners build systems they can trust, free up time, and grow without having to take on more themselves.

Your business comes first

The first visit is a chance to understand your business: how you work, what’s taking up time, and where things get difficult.

From there, I recommend practical improvements around your priorities, budget, and plans for growth. That could mean fine-tuning what you already use or introducing software, automation, or AI where it serves a clear purpose.

Every recommendation should answer a straightforward question: what’s the return on investment? We look at the likely value of time saved, added capacity, or better follow-up alongside the cost of making the change—and start where it makes the most sense.

A business built with real life in mind

As a mother of two, I’m building a business with my family in mind. I want it to grow while leaving time to be present for my children. That shapes how I approach helping other business owners, too.
